PLANNED C-LITTER 2027
I'm so glad to be able to present our upcoming plans for our next litter in spring/summer 2027.
We hope that our lovely Daisy will be mother for the the first time, and the intended father is the super temperamental Wilmer.
I've had been interesting in Wilmer for a long time and I believe he and Daisy will compliment each other very well.
Wilmer is a very secure, confident, friendly and sociable male which has proven to be passed down to his offspring. He has three previous litters; one in Sweden, one in Norway and one in Finland.
Daisy is a very happy, positive and energic girl who loves to train. Her personality isn't accurately reflected in her BPH results. It was probably one of her worst days, with torrential rain, thunder and lightning. In hindsight we should have called it off. However, she completed the entire test, which means she isn't allowed to retake it, which is a shame. For instance, she reacted to the gunshots, even though she lives next to a shooting range and normally doesn't care about them at all.
Both Wilmer and Daisy come from healthy litters and so do their ancestors.
0% inbreeding (COI) in 5 generations with a 98,39% complete pedigree.
If we look at the Rhodesian Ridgeback Pedigree Database where we can calculate on 10 generations, we only have 1,42% inbreeding with a 100% complete pedigree. And an AVK of 51,96%. My goal in my breeding is to always be over 50%.
We expect healthy and mentally stable puppies with a lot of energy and willingness to work. I really think that Wilmer and Daisy will complement each other in exterior and character. Fingers crossed that we soon can welcome our C-litter!
Many thanks to Denniz and Helen for your trust in this combination and for letting me use your sweet boy for our upcoming litter.
